Bollinger Co., MO – 72-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed in Crash on MO 34

Bollinger County, MO (February 14, 2026) – An accident claimed the life of a 72-year-old woman on Friday afternoon, February 13, on MO 34, approximately 10 miles west of Marble Hill. Missouri State Highway Patrol units and local emergency responders arrived at the scene following reports of a vehicle striking a pedestrian.

According to the official crash report, the incident occurred when a 2023 Ford Expedition traveling along the highway ran off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a rock bluff with significant force, causing it to overturn. As the Ford Expedition rolled, it struck a female pedestrian who was standing beside a parked 2001 Kawasaki Mule.

The 72-year-old victim sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed that her next of kin have been notified.

The driver of the Ford Expedition was evaluated for injuries, though their condition has not been detailed at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
