Memphis, TN – Semi-Truck Crash on I-40 near Danny Thomas Blvd

Memphis, TN (January 7, 2026) – A serious crash on Tuesday, January 6, left a passenger car pinned beneath a semi-truck on Interstate 40 in Memphis. The wreck happened on the westbound lanes near Danny Thomas Boulevard shortly after 11:30 a.m., according to transportation officials.
