St. Louis County, MO – Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash on Natural Bridge Rd Near Hanley Rd
St. Louis County, MO (December 11, 2025) – A 62-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on December 10 in north St. Louis County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly after 5:10 p.m. on Natural Bridge Road, just east of Hanley Road. A Dodge Ram truck was traveling eastbound when the man crossed into the lanes of traffic and was struck.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced the man dead.
The driver of the Dodge Ram fled the scene immediately after the crash. Authorities later located and arrested the driver. Their identity has not been released, and it is not yet clear what charges may be filed.
