ST. LOUIS, MO (October 4, 2025) – A tragic pedestrian accident on Thursday, October 2, shut down all westbound lanes of Interstate 70 near Adelaide Avenue in St. Louis City. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), the collision claimed the life of an adult woman after she was struck by multiple vehicles.
